I’m Neil Moverley, the Managing Director and Founder of Frank HR and Consulting.
I get a real buzz out of helping individuals to grow their potential and supporting organisations to succeed.
As an experienced HR and Corporate Social Responsibility leader operating at strategic and operational level, I’ve been a Coach and Mentor for a number of years helping to develop organisations, HR teams, Corporate Leaders, and people with high potential.

Founding Partner and Director of being a Good Boy
Frank was the inspiration for Frank HR, a fearless adventurer and therapy dog who made friends with everyone (except his nemesis – the spaniel around the corner), and never looked back (partly because he was blind).Frank sadly passed away in 2020 but his zest for life, refusal to back down from a challenge and confidence continues to inspire all of his colleagues every day
Likes: Anything on the floor – the stinkier the better and literally anyone who looked like they might have a biscuit in their pocket. Being photographed – he was born to be a model gracing the dog walks of London, Paris and Rome.
Dislikes: Anyone who didn’t look like they had a biscuit and the spaniel around the corner.

Head of Finance and Communication
The heart beat of Frank HR, with her supreme organisation skills we can make sure that we provide the brilliant support we deliver to all of our clients wherever and whenever they need us.
Likes: The amazing vintage boutique and online store Honeykins Vintage. Every dog that ever has and ever will be. Tea and Halloween.
Dislikes: Drama and fast fashion.

Director of Sales and Biscuit Acquisition
A supreme sales hound, a graduate of hustling on the streets or Romania, once those eyes are turned towards you there is no backing out of a deal.
Tutored well by Frank, Loki is a master of manipulation and the supreme closer.
Likes: Appearing on zoom videos, the lady on the next estate who always gives her a biscuit, closing deals and dramatic reactions to everything.
Dislikes: Being photographed and generally being told what to do.
